    Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    Estimated Delivery Time: Due to high demand and our international sourcing, please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery.
    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  2. Refund & Return Policy
    Return Period: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
  3. Refund Process
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (via Stripe) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
